March Beta - Encoder Error: Method not found get_HardwareDeviceH264Small()

PKS March beta on Windows 2003 Server (latest SP), SQL Server 2005 (latest SP) and Expression Encoder 2.

Following error thrown after uploading video:

[4/6/2009 4:33:00 PM] Error[RunAutoEncode]: Method not found: 'Microsoft.Expression.Encoder.Profiles.VideoProfile Microsoft.Expression.Encoder.Profiles.VideoProfiles.get_HardwareDeviceH264Small()'.

Just curious ... are you using a fully licensed Expression Encoder 2 SP1? H.264 support requires fully licensed SP1 if I remember correctly.
