Logging  on to the site with any user other then "Administrator" generates the following error

Value does not fall within the expected range.

Looks like permissions are not set on PKS Podcast & PKS Configuration settings list, verify if contribute permission is set for NTAuthority/Authenticatedusers & look at How To Apply Security Settings.docx.
