Upload using SilverLight video does not play

I can upload video (.wmv) using SilverLight but when I go to play it does nothing. Click play and nothing happens.

Suggestion from :Austin Winters

I would start by double checking all the settings related to PKS, 1st check the MediaEncoder configuration file, then check the PKS Media Encoder Monitor Location Settings List, and then the PKS Configuration List. Pay special attention to your C:\UploadFiles (or whatever you used) path, the base URL, and http://sitename/UploadFiles URL.
My initial guess is 1 of 2 things, but both would have the same causes. Media files aren’t being uploaded, this can be verified by checking the file system. My second guess if the files are being upload is that one of the paths is wrong in the settings for SharePoint can’t find the files on the file system.

Verify if the video was uploaded in the folder C:\uploadfiles
Verify too, if you put the right configuration on media encoder service, and if all pre-requisites,
(Windows media encoder, Expression, Silverlight 2, Windows Component Media) was succesful installed inside your VPC

I believe that the problem is on the WebId .
Try to see that, worked with me
