I installed the August 2009 PKS kit but am having issues when I click "Make it compatible with Silverlight" button.  An entry is made in the media encoder queue but Errors.  The queue log shows the following:

[2/26/2010 2:26:44 PM] Progress[webServiceTimer_Tick]: Checking for a new queued item
[2/26/2010 2:26:44 PM] Progress[webServiceTimer_Tick]: Getting next item in the queue
[2/26/2010 2:27:44 PM] Progress[webServiceTimer_Tick]: Checking for a new queued item
[2/26/2010 2:27:44 PM] Progress[webServiceTimer_Tick]: Getting next item in the queue
[2/26/2010 2:27:44 PM] Progress[webServiceTimer_Tick]: Queue entry for 'E:\UploadFiles\\e7c8d940-e4e5-4fba-b2b3-42b0afd5a890\21f14399-0f55-4159-b90a-3e80ac4bd81c\2\airplane.mpeg'
[2/26/2010 2:27:44 PM] Update[UpdateQueueItem]: Updating itemId '24' with status 'In Progress'
[2/26/2010 2:27:44 PM] Update[UpdateQueueItem] Update Success
[2/26/2010 2:27:54 PM] Update[UpdateQueueItem]: Updating itemId '24' with status 'Error'
[2/26/2010 2:27:54 PM] Update[UpdateQueueItem] Update Success
[2/26/2010 2:27:54 PM] Error[webServiceTimer_Tick]: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

First thing I notice is the extra "\" in the path,  the service automatically inserts the extra "\" in the queue in the relative path field.  I was able to trick the service by stopping the service, deleting the "\" and restarting the service however still get the same error above with the correct format so I am guessing the service ignores the extra "\" anyways.

Any ideas or hints?
